Camp CB -

Ages 5-14--

Camp CB offers quality childcare and memorable summertime experiences for kids of all ages. For the older kids, the Camp CB Summer Adventure program is a fun day filled with outdoor mountain activities, Adventure Park access and summer sports. 

For the younger ones, the Camp CB Nursery is the perfect spot to take your little ones while you enjoy a day in the mountains - 2 months to 3 years old.

The Adventure Park has year-round mini golf, bungee trampolines, and a climbing wall. The bungee trampolines provide a turbo-charged, gravity-defying ride up to 30 feet in the air, while the Climbing Pinnacle features a 28-foot, 6-route tower with auto-belay. Clay Studio - https://www.crestedbutteclaystudio.com/-Has fun activities for kids 9 and older!-Crested Butte Clay Studio is a fully equipped ceramic studio offering memberships to self-guided ceramic artists, classes for all ages, a gallery and a fun and safe environment to create and more. Clay is for everyone from young kids to grandparents and we hope this studio will provide a space for you to learn all about pottery, make art, and meet other creatives in the communiy.

Rocky Mountain Biology Lab Youth Nature & Science Camps-K thru 8th Grade - Short camps with wonderful experiences.

Come participage with RMBL's scientists in experiments, nature hikes, games and art. In a beautiful outdoor setting and in the company of career scientists, we provide hands-on investigations of nature- these classes book up quickly and early.'

The Trailhead Children's Museum -The Trailhead Children’s Museum houses more than 13 interactive exhibits suitable for infants, toddlers and young children, as well as the Studio Art School's Art and Science After School Programs and Summer Camps which are available for children ages 3 to 12. 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Year Round. Call ahead! This wonderful place for kids has moved to Elk Avenue! I have toured the new facility and it is wonderful!

Kid's Park in Town - This park is ALOT bigger than it looks. Right in the middle of town!- in the middle of Crested Butte take a right from the main drag, highway 135, drive to that end of town and you can't miss it. Big and fun.

The Evolution Bike Park -40 Miles of Bike Trails await you! and Lessons to improve your skills: Bike lessons are a great way to enhance your skills with an experienced certified pro!  Advance reservations are preferred and can be made by calling (877) 547-5143.

Disc Golf!-Bring your own discs and try Colorado's most scenic 18-hole disc golf course!

Crested Butte’s disc golf course 10-3 @ CB, named after the course’s elevation, is eighteen holes of pure fun for beginners and seasoned players alike. The course begins at the top of the Red Lady Express Lift and meanders to within easy strolling distance of the base area.

Horseback Riding -

Fantasy Ranch offers lovely beginner rides up Snodgrass Mountain, a gorgeous ride just across the road from Mt. Crested Butte – just drive up Hwy. 135 past Mt. Crested Butte towards Gothic and before too far it’s on your left. They also offer amazing pack trips to Aspen and to the back country. The owner Chuck, is affable and hardworking! We also love Wheelies and Waves - which is based right on Elk Ave., and often you can just stick the paddleboard (with help) right on your car right there and take off. Great service. We had alot of fun paddleboarding on Lake Irwin! They have Electric Bikes as well.
