You go up a set of stairs to get to the bar - it has a fabulous deck summer or winter that looks right out on Elk St. - the main drag. Great place to wath parades. Also, it tends to be frequented by locals too, which makes it special. The Kitchen in The Eldo serves bar-food: hand-patted burgers, home made veggie burgers, sandwiches, salads, hand0cut fries, beer battered onion rings and fried avocado. Open at 3 P.M.

Established in 1886 by Jacob Kochevar, his namesake saloon and gaming hall has worn many hats over the years (one being a brothel) and welcomed such notorious customers as Butch Cassidy.
Nestled away in Crested Butte, Kochevar's Saloon is an old-time saloon and restaurant with a history as good as its menu. Great fun – pool tables, darts and more and lots of locals having a good time.

The Last Steep has a great, nice-sized bar area, and a restaurant in back. They have the biggest, biggest greatest margaritas. This is a great fun bar. Restaurant is salads, sandwiches, pasta.
