Covid 19 - We are instituting many safety protocols to keep you safe - including using the same kind of ozone machines to kill virus on surfaces. The ozone machines will be run before AND after rentals. Currently we are spacing 1 day between rentals as well. We are also providing socially distant check-in by leaving arrival packets taped to the office door, so guests do not have to enter the office. This family friendly condo has 3 beautiful bedrooms and is perfect for a large party that needs lots of beds. There are 2 kings, a queen over a single, and a single queen. New bamboo wood flooring, real rock fireplace with lots of wood. Just WALK TO THE LIFTS. AND just walk into the condo from the parking area - literally just a few steps. Great for kids and those who just want a short walk in any direction!
In winter, completely ski-in/out. The ski school is right next door, as are two lifts, Peachtree and the quad lift called Westwall. You can walk your children to ski school. There is a washer and dryer just down the hall. The building supplies discount ski tickets and rentals. Gourmet quality cookware in the kitchen will enhance your meals! Incredible views! Remember we offer discount ski rentals...always! Black Tie AND Christy Sports at the Base. Huge real fireplace with plenty of wood, free shuttle service in case you don't have a car or enough cars.The shuttle service will take you anywhere in Crested Butte from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. In summer, mountain bike trails are within easy reach all around you. We now have cleaning stations for your bike, and our new expanded decks are great places to store your bikes. In Fall, especially September 15-Octover, 15 the leaves on the Aspens are a riot of color. Fishing, gofling, biking, and hiking beckon everywhere. Two parking spaces automatically assigned for normal sized cars. if you need more space please tell us right away. This condo does accept dogs, but be sure to tell me, as we give you sheets to cover the furniture and there is a small fee involved.
