This is a two-bedroom plus loft, two full bath condominium located on the most south side of the complex for superior access. You cannot be any closer to the slopes; down a flight of stairs, strap in, and go! The condo is comfortable with an open layout for the kitchen, dining, and living room. Entering the condo you notice the rock moss, wood-burning fireplace, and vaulted ceilings immediately. Tall narrow windows in the living room, give glimpses of Mount Crested Butte. The kitchen has been updated with stainless steel appliances and tile granite countertops. It is fully equipped with everything you’ll need to cook a meal for friends or family. Seating for 4 at the dining room table, additional seating for 4 at the kitchen breakfast bar. Also on the entry floor, you’ll find the king master bedroom with the same vaulted ceiling, complete TV. It is adjoined to the queen guest bedroom via a full bath. An additional full bath can be accessed in the hall entry. Upstairs in the open loft, sleep two more comfortably in two twin beds. Outdoor complex parking for 2 is allotted. Communal, coin-operated laundry is available on the property.
The FREE Mountain Express Shuttle runs year-round for transportation to and from the Town of Crested Butte and surrounding areas. Summer schedule runs every 20 minutes; winter schedule runs every 15 minutes; shoulder seasons every 40 minutes. Access to the transit center from Columbine in the summer is via a single-track trail to the base area, about a 5-minute walk. During the winter, the condo loop shuttle will run once an hour to the entrance of the complex and return to the main transit center for access to the base area or a transfer to the main shuttle to town. We mostly recommend that you have a vehicle when staying at this property unless you plan to spend most of your time in the condo.
