 Enter on the main floor with a large living and dining area overlooking the mountain.  The living room has a large screen TV, gas fireplace, and ample seating.  The dining room has seating for 6 plus 3 bar stools and the gourmet kitchen has everything you need to whip up a feast for the whole crew.

Downstairs has the master bedroom and bathroom with jacuzzi tub.  There is a bunk bed with a twin bed on top and double on the bottom, and a twin trundle bed.  There is a queen bedroom and a bathroom with shower that the queen and bunk room share.  Plenty of room for the whole gang

Neighborhood

Our neighborhood is that of a quaint, charming, picturesque mountain town surrounded by gorgeous wildflowers, the sound of the water running through the creek below the balcony, and views of the majestic Butte. Wake up to the chirping of birds breezing by the National Forest Land that attracts beautiful wildlife. This is the perfect mountain escape to relax, unwind, ski, hike, bike, and soak in the beauty of Crested Butte. Plenty of summer activity camps on the mountain and winter ski school for the kids. Right near the corner of Snowmass Rd and Gothic Rd so right across from the slopes! This house is all about the views- every single bedroom and the open concept kitchen/living room area look out over Mount Crested Butte. Enjoy cocktails on the huge deck that faces the mountain. Base area is just 100 yards away where there are tons of summer activities including mini golf, trampolines, chair lift rides, downhill mountain biking, rock climbing. Base area includes a liquor store and many restaurants as well. There’s a great paved bike path if you want to ride the 2.5 miles to downtown CB, or the bus runs constantly leaving from the base area and takes you all around town. In the winter, the ski school drop off is directly across the street, you just have to walk through a small parking lot. Main base area and lifts are in the same spot. Super fast and easy walk! Driveway will accommodate 2 cars.
