A large and well-appointed laundry area is also located on this floor.
The second level is home to the spacious kitchen, living, and dining areas. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances, a gas cook-top, and granite counter tops. The living area has ample and comfortable seating to relax while watching TV or catching up with friends and family. The dining area hosts a family-size dining table with additional bar seating.
